Access. Support. Understanding.

My name is Lindsey.

I believe in the power of divergence.

I support neurodivergent, queer, and questioning folks in recalibrating overworked nervous systems, working with big feelings related to social, political, and ecological issues, processing (inter)personal experiences, and orienting towards liberation in its many forms. Many of my clients seek to unmask, feel deeper relational authenticity, increase internal awareness (interoception), or feel more in control by shifting from unhelpful thought patterns towards a sense of self-compassion, creativity, and observation.

I am certified in somatic therapy and nervous system regulation and trained in relational, mindfulness-based, and trauma-focused orientations. I additionally provide EMDR in facilitating the development of internal resources, addressing blocking beliefs, and processing trauma.

Partnership work is rooted in the Developmental Model of the Couples Institute, where I have completed training in the Initiator-Inquirer Method and receive ongoing, current Developmental Model Level I training. This framework offers direct and straightforward tools for partners to engage in difficult or unexplored conversations while maintaining a sense of emotional regulation, connectivity, and curiosity.
